摘要
在系统整理中国现有高等院校茶文化专业基本状况的前提下,通过各要素比较勾画出它们的基本特征,进而探讨形成这些特征的原因,指明存在的问题,供高校设置和发展茶文化专业提供参考,从而推动相关领域研讨的深入展开。
Based on the systematic investigation of the status qno of tea culture major in Chinese institutions of higher learning, the paper outlines their basic features by making a comparison between various elements, discusses the causes why these feature are formed, and points out the existing problems for the reference of the institutions of higher learning when they set up and devel- op tea culture major so as to promote the study in the relevant field.
