慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者呼吸肌适应性的重构与受损后的功能

Adaptive reconstitution and damaged function of respiratory muscles in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, COPD) 是一类危害人民健康的呼吸系统疾病,近年病死率不断增高。随着病程的进展,肌纤维在细胞及亚细胞水平有不同程度的受损,同时产生适应性改变。通过一些肌力及耐力试验及时认识呼吸肌受损后的功能,为临床上制定具体治疗策略如呼吸肌锻炼等提供重要参考资料,可望为临床防治提供新的途径。本文就有关COPD患者呼吸肌适应性的重构和功能下降的检测方法等新观点作一综述。 Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) is harmful for health and its case fatality is increasing in recent years. Following the progress of course, muscle fibres show different degrees of impairment in cellular and subcetlular structures and express adaptive changes at the same time. Assessment of respiratory muscle damaged function through specific tests evaluating the strength and endurance could offer valuable information,which could have important implications for the application of specific strategies, such as respiratory muscle training. The present review aims at high lighting some detecting tests and relevant recent findings regarding adaptive reconstitution and damaged function of respiratory muscles in patients with COPD.
