本文重点讨论了聚类分析方法中K-means聚类算法在客户价值分析中的作用,通过对客户的现有价值和潜在价值进行分析,对客户进行细分。并针对某地区移动公司的客户数据信息,用K-means算法进行了详细的实例分析。
In this article,It is mainly discusses that application and function about K-means clustering algorithm in the customer value analysis, through the research about the customer's existing value and potential value of the customer segments. And also, A detailed case analysis has been done against a regional mobile company's customer data.
