微弧氧化制备TiO_2光催化剂降解甲基橙实验研究 被引量:3

Study on TiO_2 Photocatalyst Preparation Using Micro-Arc Oxidation and Photocatalytic Degradation of Methyl Orange

摘要 用微弧氧化法在纯钛材料表面负载TiO2陶瓷膜,以此作为光催化剂,用紫外光为光源,降解甲基橙溶液.选用硅酸钠、磷酸钠、铝酸钠电解液体系,比较了所制备的不同TiO2光催化剂对降解甲基橙的影响.实验结果表明:不同溶液体系制成的TiO2膜对甲基橙均有脱色效果,但光催化降解甲基橙速率不同,在对比的溶液体系中,磷酸钠的效果最好.硅酸钠电解液中加入添加剂也改善了负载光催化剂的质量. TiO2 photocatalysts supported on pure titanium substrates were prepared by the micro-arc oxidation, respectively, in solution system of Na2SiO3, NaAlO2, Na3PO4. Ultraviolet photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange with the TiO2 films was studied. Effects of different TiO2 photocatalytic degradation were compared. Experimental results indicate that the TiO2 photocatalysts have some effect on decoloration and different degradation rates of Methyl Orange. Under the given solution system, the system of Na3PO4 is better than other. TiO2 photocatalyst quality is improved when Na2SiO3 electrolyte doped by additive.
