Outline of Chinese Enterprise Reform:from 1978 to 2007

近30年来,中国改革的一个重要内容是企业改革。但企业改革并不仅仅是企业产权制度改革,而是涉及到企业制度、企业战略、企业文化的全面改革;同时,企业改革也不仅仅是指国有企业改革,而且也包括民营企业在内的所有企业的改革。从企业制度、企业战略、企业文化、企业定位、企业哲学等五个方面剖析中国企业30年的改革历程,对提高企业自主创新能力具有十分重要的启发意义。

Enterpise reform is one of the important aspects of Chinese 30 years reform. Enterpise retorm is an overall reform which refers not only to property rights, but also to institution, strategy, culture of enterprise. Besides, it includes not only SOEs but also private enterprises and others. This article analyzes the 30 years＇ reforming process of Chinese enterprises from five aspects that are institution, strategy, culture,orientation and philosophy of enterprises which has very important inspiring meaning for enterprises to enhance their innovational capability.
