我国出租汽车行业管理和发展面临问题及对策建议

Administration of Chinese Taxi Industry,Developing Obstacles and Countermeasures

在对北京、温州、武汉、沈阳、太原、重庆、广州、深圳、郑州等城市的出租汽车发展、管理状况的考察的基础上,分析我国出租汽车行业发展的历史进程、法律环境、产业状况和管理体制,总结出租汽车发展和管理的国际经验,表明我国出租汽车行业总体向好的方面发展。要进一步明确发展的总体思路和方向,优化法律政策环境,理顺管理体制,建立和完善相关配套措施,促进我国出租汽车行业健康发展。

Based on investigating into the development and management state of taxi industry in Beijing, Wenzhou, Wuhan, Shenyang, Taiyuan, Chongqing and so on, we analyze the evolution, enviroment of law, industrial state and managing system, and could make the conclusion that Chinese taxi industry develops totally well. On the analysis, it enlightens us that we should make its developing trend and measures more clear, optimize policy and law surroundings, put managing system in order, build up and perfect related measures to promote its healthy development.
