摘要 本文对半导体激光器的直接电流调制特性进行了综合性的讨论,对影响其频移特性的因素进行了分析。在此基础上,对低频范围内半导体激光器随调制电流变化的频率调制特性对FMCW技术的影响进行了讨论。 In this paper,the characteristics of semiconductor laser diode whose current is directly modulated are described synthetically.Several factors that limited the frequencyshift property of semiconductor laser diode are analyzed simultaneously.Moreover,the influence caused by the freqeuncymodulated laser diode used in FMCW measuring system in low frequency domain is also discussed.
