银翘解毒片的质量控制研究

Study on quality control of yinqiao jiedu tablets

目的提高和完善银翘解毒片的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对方中金银花、连翘、桔梗、牛蒡子、淡豆豉、甘草进行了定性鉴别，并采用高效液相色谱法对甘草酸进行了含量测定。结果定性、定量方法简便，准确，专属性强，重新性好。结论提高后的质量标准能够更好的控制该产品的质量。

Objective To improve and perfect the quality standards of Yinqiao Jiedu Tablets. Methods Flos Lonicerae, Fructus Forsythiae, Radix Platycodi, Semen Sojae Preparatum, Fructus Arctii, Radix Glycyrrhizae were identified by TLC and Glycyrrhizic acid was determined by HPLC. Results The identification and assay methods were simple, accurate and with good reproducibility. Conclusion The improved quality standards can control the quality of this product effectively.
