鼻咽解毒颗粒治疗EB病毒感染者疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Biyan Jiedu Keli on EB Viral Infection

目的观察鼻咽解毒颗粒治疗爱泼斯坦—巴尔病毒(EB)感染者的临床疗效。方法将200例确诊为EB病毒感染者,随机分成治疗组与对照组,每组各100例。治疗组口服鼻咽解毒颗粒,对照组未服用任何药物。观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平。结果治疗组总有效率为81%;对照组为43%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗后,治疗组TNF-α、IL-2水平与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);结论鼻咽解毒颗粒可有效控制EB病毒感染,通过调节TNF-α、IL-2水平而增强肿瘤免疫功能。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Biyan Jiedu Keli on EB viral infection. Methods 200 cases of definitely diagnosed EB viral infection were randomly divided into two groups, 100 cases in each one. In treatment group, Biyan Jiedu Keli was administered and in control group,no any drug was prescribed. It was to observe the clinical efficacy after treatment in two groups and tumor necrosis factor （TNF-α）and interleukin-2 （IL-2）. Results The total effective rate was 81% in treatment group and 43% in control group,indicating significant difference in comparison（P〈0.01 ）. After treatment,TNF-α）and IL-2 levels in treatment group were different significantly compared with those in control group （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Biyan Jiedu Keli controls effectively EB viral infection and enhances body immunity by adjusting TNF-α and IL-2 level.
