Transition of Chinese Telecommunication Industry's Reform and Its Implement in China:1978 to 2008

我国近30年的电信业改革历程,可以分为四个阶段:1978～1993年,体制内改良;1994～1998年,启动电信体制改革;1999～2004年,深化电信体制改革;2004～2008年:新一轮电信重组。每阶段电信改革有其经验得失,并见证了电信业的发展。要充分发挥政府操作和市场行为的作用,深化新一轮电信业改革,进而促进国民经济和社会协调发展。

The process of China＇s 30 years of telecommunications industry reform can be divided into four phases： from 1978 to 1993：improvement of inside system; from 1994 to 1998：Starting telecommunications system reform; from 1999 to 2004： deepening telecommunications system reform ：from 2004 to 2008： new round of the telecommunications restructuring. Each stage has its gains,and losses and witnessed the development of telecommunications industry of China. We should make the role of government and market into full play, luther telecommunications industry reform in future and promote national economic and social＇s coordinated development.
