农业保险研究的国际借鉴与进展:一个文献综述

International Reference of Agricultural Insurance Researches:A Literature Review

农业在国民经济中有着举足轻重的作用,而农业是高风险产业,降低农业风险的重要方法之一是提供农业保险。对近年来国内外农业保险的相关文献进行梳理,就国内外学者对农业保险的性质、实施困境的成因及模式三个方面进行综述。研究结果表明,应选择适合我国国情的农业保险模式,深化我国农业保障体系改革。

Agriculture has a pivotal role in the national economy, while agriculture is one of high-risk industries. Agricuhural insurance is an important method to reduce its risk. This paper describes the literature of agricultural insurance in recent years at home and abroad. The domestic and foreign scholars mainly study on these aspects such as the nature of agricultural insurance, the causes of the implementation and patterns of agricultural insurance. The results of our study shows that China should choose agricultural insurance mode which is adapted to Chinese national condition, and further its system reform.
