远红外热图对乳腺肿块诊断价值的分析 被引量:3

摘要 对我院两年来应用远红外热图影象诊断技术,对乳腺肿块检测诊断后收入本院手术的病理结果跟踪,并将病理诊断结果与远红外热图诊断进行比较分析。结果表明:41例乳腺癌,远红外热图与病理诊断符合率83%;47例乳腺纤维腺瘤,远红外热图与病理诊断符合率91%。热图温度显示:乳腺癌患侧乳头、乳晕,肿块部位温度与健侧乳房比较,大多增高0.6℃或0.6℃以上,占80%,而且肿块部位血管热影明显增多增粗。而乳腺纤维腺瘤患侧乳头、乳晕,肿块部位温度与健侧乳房比较,大多增高0.5℃或0.5℃以下,但肿块部位血管热影多无明显改变。表明除较少部位的乳腺肿块外,大多数的乳腺良性或恶性肿块有其一定的热图规律,热图能客观反映温度及血管热影的特征,对乳腺肿块的诊断有一定的临床价值。 Compared with the pathological feasures, infrared imaging technology (6T67, Japan) is used to measure 88 patients of breast disease who underwent operation at our hospital for diagnosis of breast mass. 83%(34/41) breast cancer patients and 91%(43/47) breast fibroadenoma patients tally with the pathological features by using infrared imaging technology. The local temperature of nipple, aerola, and mass of the disease breast is higher than the other (>0.6℃) in breast cancer patients, shadow of blood at nodular mass increased in breast cancer patients, while there are no changes in breast fibroadenoma patients (<0.5℃).
