城市与农村关系问题,不仅关系到国民经济的持续健康发展,而且关系到和谐社会的构建。在我国工业化、城镇化进程中,农村资源大量流向城市以支持工业和城市的发展,造成城乡发展差距不断扩大。加快城市对农村的战略性带动,促进农村快速发展,是实现城乡协调发展的根本途径。健全城市带动农村的体制机制,充分利用市场"自然带动"和政府"强制性带动"路径的积极作用,是加快我国城市带动农村发展的关键。

The relation of urban and rural areas, relates not only to the coordinated development of the national economy, but also to the construction of harmonious society. In the process of industrialization and urbanization in China, lots of the rural resources flow into urban areas to support the industrial and urban development, which has expanded the development gap between urban and rural areas unceasingly. The fundamental way to make coordinated development of both urban and rural areas lies in cities＇ driving.Perfecting the driving mechanism, relying on market driving mechanism and the the positive function of government compulsory driving is the key of sweeping rural development driven by prosperity in cities.
