在我国现实的经济与制度背景下,人民币汇率制度改革应该采取自愿平稳的渐进转型策略。同时,为稳步推进人民币汇率制度转型,现阶段应将人民币兑主要货币的"个别"浮动区闻,整合为一个"单一"的、兑一篮子货币的浮动区间。在此基础上。逐渐增加人民币汇率制度的弹性。

Gradual strategy should be taken for the RMB exchange-rate regime transition taking its economic and institutional background into account. Meanwhile, in order to make RMB exchange-rate regime transit steadily, Chi- na should integrate the individual floating bands of RMB vs. major currencies into a single floating band of RMB vs. a basket. After that, China should increase the flexibility of RMB exchange rate regime gradually.
