摘要
目的探讨琼脂印模材料对不同聚合度铸造桩适合性的影响。方法黄铜模拟标准尺寸的上中切牙牙根10个,依根管聚合度0°和6°分为两组。用琼脂印模材料制取根管印模,灌注模型,模拟临床制作铸造桩,玻璃离子水门汀粘固后,从标准件外围定位沟处横向剖开,将横剖面置于扫描电镜下观察,以粘固剂厚度为观察指标,进行测量。结果聚合度0°组的粘固剂厚度平均值为35.22±3.05μm,聚合度6°组的粘固剂厚度平均值为29.09±5.52μm,两者之间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论用琼脂印模材料制取根管印模时,聚合度6°组的标准件铸造桩适合性优于聚合度0°组。
Objective To investigate the influence of agar impression material on the adaptation of cast post with different convergence angle. Methods Twenty simulated tooth roots made of brass were divided into two groups according to the root canal convergence angle of 0°and 6°with ten specimens in each group. Impressions for these twenty specimens were taken with agar. Then the cast posts were manufactured and luted to the tooth roots with glass ionomer cement. The bonded posts and specimens were sectioned from the middle. The sections were observed by SEM and photographed. The cement layer was measured with Photoshop CS and the data were recorded. Results There was significant difference in the adaptation of post between the group of 0°and 6°when the impression material was agar. Conclusion The post adaptation of convergence angle of 6°was better than that of 0°when the impression material was agar.
