HIV/HBV合并感染的抗病毒治疗 被引量：3

摘要 全球有3．7亿-4亿的乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）携带者，由于其与人类免疫缺陷病毒（human immunodeficiency virus，HIV）有共同的传播途径，即血液传播、性传播和母婴垂直传播，因而有部分患者合并HIV感染。在欧洲，约8％的HBsAg阳性患者合并HIV感染。性传播和／或静脉注射毒品是最为普遍的传播方式。在HIV感染者中，HBV感染引起的肝脏损害是影响病情进展和死亡的重要因素。
