常用抗反转录病毒药物的不良反应 被引量：3

摘要 1996年何大一博士开创的高效抗反转录病毒治疗（highly active antiretroviral therapy，HAART）在发达国家得到了普遍推广，这种将几种抗病毒药物联合使用的治疗方案取得了理想的临床疗效。随着患者免疫功能的恢复，机会性感染及相关肿瘤的发生率显著降低。而在患者生命延长的同时，抗病毒药物不良反应的发生日益突出。
