针药结合对原发性骨质疏松症患者骨密度的影响

Effects on primary osteoporosis with combined treatment of acupuncture and drugs

目的探讨针药结合对原发性骨质疏松症的有效性。方法121例原发性骨质疏松症患者随机分为针药组85例和药物组36例,观察2组患者不同的干预方法治疗前后症状积分、骨密度的变化。结果针药组和药物组均能改善患者的临床症状,提高患者腰椎的骨密度,针药组的效果明显优于单纯药物治疗组。结论针灸疗法对原发性骨质疏松症有良好的治疗效果。

Objective To explore effect with acupuncture and drug for primary osteoporosis. Methods 121 patients with primary osteoporosis were randomly divided into acupuncture drug group 85 cases and drug group 36 cases. The symptom score, the changes in bone mineral density with patients of two groups were observed by different interventions before and after treatment. Results The acupuncture drug group and the group can improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms, improve bone density in the lumbar spine, the effect of acupuncture drug group was superior to simple drug treatment group. Conclusion The acupuncture therapy on primary osteoporosis is a good therapeutic effect.
