星状神经节阻滞治疗面神经炎临床报告

Treatment of facial neuritis with steilate ganglion block

目的观察星状神经节阻滞治疗面神经炎的临床效果。方法将门诊123例面神经炎急性期患者随机分成3组。Ⅰ组予以常规药物治疗,Ⅱ组单纯予以星状神经节阻滞,Ⅲ组予以常规药物治疗+星状神经节阻滞。观察3组患者在治疗15、30、60 d后的有效率、治愈率,以面瘫综合评分法评估疗效。结果治疗60 d后3组患者的有效率均为100%,常规药物治疗组(Ⅰ组)的治愈率为76.9%(30/39例),单纯星状神经节阻滞组(Ⅱ组)的治愈率为90.9% (30/33例),常规药物治疗+星状神经节阻滞组(Ⅲ组)的治愈率为100%(51/51例)。Ⅲ组的治疗效果明显高于Ⅰ组。结论常规药物治疗+星状神经节阻滞综合治疗能提高急性面神经炎的治愈率、并缩短治疗时间。

Objective To observe the effect of stellate ganglion block （SGB） on the patients with facial neuritis. Methods One hundred and twenty three patients with facial neuritis were randomly divided into three groups. Group Ⅰ was treated with conventional medicine, Group Ⅱ with stellate ganglion block, Group Ⅲ with conventional medicine and stellate ganglion block. The effectiveness of treatment after 15 d, 30 d, 60 d and the rates of failure, effective and cure were calculated. The effects were evaluated by facial paralysis scale. Results The effective rate after 60d was 100%; The cure rates of group Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅲwere 76.9% （30/39 cases）, 90.9% （30/33 cases）, 100% （51/51 cases） respectively. The effective rate of the group Ⅲ was obviously higher than that of the group Ⅰ . Conclusions The conventional medicine with stellate ganglion block can obviously enhance the cure rate and shorten the time of the treatment for the facial neuritis patients.
