摘要
目的研究复合吸氧法预防丙泊酚无痛纤支镜检查时低氧血症的效果。方法120例患者,随机均分为鼻导管吸氧(A组)、纤支镜吸痰管三通吸氧(B组)和A+B复合吸氧组(C组),对比分析检查期间SpO_2峰谷值、低氧血症比率等指标。结果三组患者检查期间SpO_2峰谷值以C组最低,C组较A、B组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);检查期间低氧血症比率C组最低,较A、B组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论鼻导管复合纤支镜吸痰管吸氧有助于降低无痛纤支镜检查期间低氧血症的发生比率。提高其安全性。
Objective To observe the effect of combined oxygen inhalation on prevention of hypoxemia during propofol painless bronchoscopy. Method One hundred and twenty eases were divided into three groups at random. The patients in group A inhaled oxygen by nasal catheter. The group B did by sputum-aspirating tubes. The group C did by nasal catheter and sputum-aspirating tubes together. During painless bronchoseopy, those parameters such as the difference of peak-valley value of SpO2, the hypoxemia were recorded. Results In group C was the highest level of the difference of peak-valley value of SpOt. The hypoxemia in group C was the lowest. There were significant difference of the difference of SpO2 peek-valley value and hopoxemia (P〈0.01) between group A and group C. They were also significant difference (P〈0. 01) between group B and group C. Conclusion Combined oxygen inhalation can prevent hypoxemia during painless bronchoscopy.
