重睑成形术同期行改进的内眦赘皮矫治术疗效观察

A modified methods for epicanthal folds combined with doube eydlid formation

目的探讨切开法重睑成形术同期行改进的内眦赘皮矫治术疗效。方法采用改良的"Z"成形术和重睑成形切口连接的手术方法,切除或切断内眦部异位的眼轮匝肌浅头。结果临床应用46例,并行3个月以上随访,通过睑裂的增长,形成了一个张开的眼晴外形,内眦已完全敞开或大部分敞开,手术效果满意。结论该方法简便有效,术后瘢痕不明显,重睑形态自然,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore a modified Methods for correction of epicanthus,and simultaneous correction of double-upper-eyelid. Methods Uses the improved Z-platsty, the incision and double-lid incision is connected and the dystopia of ocular oricular muscle of inner canthus is cut-off. Results The 46 cases which mild or moderate epicanthus without upper eyelid fold,were treated with this techigue and lingterrm follow-ups above 3 months were made. The 31 cases were given the follow-ups. The appearance of large-opened eyes was produced by lengthening the palpebual fissuse. The epicanthus was corrected completely or mostly. Conclusion This is a simple and effective procedure with inconspicuous postoperative scar and natural double-upper lids can be widely used.
