不同准分子激光模式原位角膜磨镶术后角膜Q值变化分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价准分子原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)前后,两组不同切削模式对 Q 值的影响。方法应用美国雷赛 LSX 准分子激光机(5.3版)进行 LASIK 手术,比较常规切削模式组和椭球切削模式组手术前后 Astramax 角膜地形图测得 Q 值(4.5 mm)的变化,随访时间12个月。结果所有术眼术中术后未见威胁视力的并发症发生。两组在术后裸眼视力、术后平均等效球镜的差异上无显著性,但是椭球切削模式组术后 Q 值显著性低于常规切削模式组。结论应用美国雷赛 SLX 型(5.3版)激光机,AstraPro Planner 2.2 P 个体化软件的椭球切削模式,进行LASIK 个体化切削术治疗近视安全、疗效确切、稳定,术后较球型切削模式 Q 值显著性减少,效果满意。 Objective To assess changes in corneal asphericity (Q-value ) after laser in situ keratomileusis ( LASIK) in standard or ellipsoidal ablation mode. Methods The laserSight SLX laser(5.3 ) were used in standard or ellipsoidal ablation mode. Q-value changes ( 4.5mm diameter zone of pupil center) with Astramax topographer were observed and analyzed at preoperative and 12 month postoperative visit. Results No vision threatening complications were observed in all of the operations. There were no significant difference in term of postoperative mean uncorrected visual acuity ( UCVA ) and spherical equivalent ( SE ) in two groups. Then postoperative Q-value in ellipsoidal ablation mode group was statistically lower than that in standard ablation model group. Conclusion LASIK in ellipsoidal ablation mode using the laser-Sight SLX laser with AstraPro Planner 2.2 P ablation planning software was a safe, effective, stable, and satisfied for the myopia. It induced a smaller increment of postoperative Q-value, and better maintained the physiology of the corneal surface than standard ablation.
