摘要
本文针对我国电信网的现状和发展趋势，参考国外有关计费帐务处理的资料，提出从分散计费向集中计费过渡，建立全国电信计费系统的四级管理体制，实行用户综合帐单的建议。最后描述了综合帐单的内容、版面和传送方式。
In view of the present situation and future development of our telecommunication network,the paper suggests that our telecommunication billing system should transit from scattered to centralized,and build four levels structure of our billing system,and propose customer's consolidated bill.In the end,the content,layout and delivery of consolidated bill are described.
