历经30年管理体制改革,中国的资源环境管理体制逐渐适应了市场经济的需要,不断创新,逐步完善,走上了科学发展的道路。展望中国未来资源环境管理体制改革的趋势,应从进一步深化认识、加快推进自然资源资产化管理、加快引进自然资源产权代理者竞争机制、建立和完善资源有偿使用制度和环境补偿机制、政府机构设置科学化和完善资源法律法规体系等方面深入推进中国资源环境管理体制改革。

After thirty years reform of administration system,the issue of resources and enviroment have been come to an agreement. Resources and enviromental administration system came to being, and has been innovated and consummated constantly, steped to scientific development gradually.This paper summarized the course of reform of resources and environmental administration system since the reform and opening up policy, evaluated it＇s achievement and problems, analyzed the trend of reform, and put forward some suggestions for reform in future.
