摘要
此前，本刊已连续3年推出年度“最差企业家”和“最佳企业家”评选。我们从1000多家在中国经营的企业中，综合评议企业责任人（包括董事长、首席执行官、总经理）在本年度的整体表现。评价的指标包括2008年前三季度的经营数据、本年的战略执行最终效果、所承担社会义务的履行情况，以及对于经济环境的影响度。
As many Chinese business people have never had any experience with something like today’s deteriorating economic environment, the advent of the crisis has caught them surprised and unprepared. We are so unaware of our operating risks that lurk inside that we are always at the mercy of crises,unconsciously! Those "worst business people" on this year’s list used to be champions and stars in their industries but their failure seem to warn us that it is time to reposition ourselves and review our way of success.
