丝聚合蛋白在正常人及银屑病患者皮肤的原位探测 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解丝聚合蛋白在正常及银屑病皮损中的分布及维甲酸对其影响。方法:应用免疫组化技术原位探测正常人正常及维甲酸处理后皮肤、银屑病皮损及未累及皮肤丝聚合蛋白的分布。结果:正常人阳性区仅见于颗粒层细胞间。维甲酸使阳性带“上移”。银屑病皮损阳性着色程度及范围明显强于正常人及维甲酸处理后皮肤,也强于未累及皮肤,差异有统计学意义。结论:丝聚合蛋白在银屑病皮损中过早及过度表达,维甲酸可能对这种异常表达有抑制作用。 Objectire To find out the distribution of filaggrin in normal and psoriatic skin and the effects of RA.Method Distribution of filaggrin was analysed in situ with immunohistochemistry on sections taken from same unexposed region of normal skin and tresated with RA,psoriatic lesion and uninvolved skin.Result Positive staining only seen between keratinocytes in granular layer of normal skin.It was up-moved in RA treated cases,its intensity and range were much stronger and wilder than that of nomal and RA treated skin,as well as uninvolved skin in psoriatic lesion.The difference was statistically significant.Conclution Undue early and over expression of filaggrin was detected in psoriasis,retinoic acid could inhibite this abnormal expression.
