摘要
用5种生长调节剂处理扶芳藤插条,进行容器扦插育苗试验。结果表明:萘乙酸对扶芳藤愈伤率、生根率、生根数目以及新生枝数和新生枝生长量都有明显的促进作用;赤霉素对愈伤率、生根率和新生枝数都有明显的促进作用;生根粉(6号)对扶芳藤根长生长有明显的促进作用;吲哚丁酸对其新生枝数促进作用明显。
Cuttages of Euonymusfortunei were treated with 5 different growth regulators to conduct tests for cuttage container nursery. Result shows that NAA have significant promotion on the callus rate, rooting rate, rooting number, new shoots, growth of new shoots ; GA3 have significant promotion on the callus rate, rooting rate, new shoots ; rooting powder ABT No. 6 have significant promotion on the root length;IBA have significant promotion on new shoots.
