On the Law-abiding Spirit in the Background of Knowledge Society

守法精神对于现代法治具有基础性和前提性意义。在知识社会的背景下,法律的知识化发展有利于社会成员主体性意识的形成,有利于良法的创制和法律知识的传播,而这都为守法精神的生成提供了良好的条件。知识社会背景下守法精神的生成需要从法律制度建构中的知识转化、法律教育中的知识传播、法律实践中的知识升华等方面着手进行。

Law-abiding spirit is the basis and premise of modem constitutionality. In the background of knowledge society,the pro gression of law intellectualization is benefit to the construction of community members＇ subjectivity sense and the dissemi nation of law knowledge, and all of these provide good condition for promoting the law-spirit. In the background of knowledge society ,the generation of law-spirit should to be constructed from the creating of legal system, the dissemination of law knowledge and the sublimation of law values.
