论中餐业现场服务补救——基于马斯洛需要层次论

摘要 本文通过对现代餐饮服务认知的探寻,从心理角度分析服务缺陷,并且以马斯洛需要层次论作为依据,从客人及服务人员在服务交往过程中的的心理角度就如何进行现代中餐业现场服务补救展开具体阐述。
