摘要
目的:观察烧伤早期心肌血液灌注的变化,探讨内皮素和一氧化氮(ETs和NO)对心肌血供的影响。方法:以30%TBSAⅢ度烧伤大鼠模型,测定烧伤前及烧伤后1、3、6、12和24小时心肌营养性血流(NBF)、ETs、NO含量及ETs/NO比值变化。结果:烧伤后心肌NBF迅速大幅度下降,心肌组织ETs及NO含量明显增加,ETs/NO比值升高;心肌NBF变化与ETs/NO比值密切相关。结论:烧伤早期心肌ETs及NO产生增多,调控紊乱,ETs/NO比值增加可能是影响心肌血供的重要因素之一。
Objective:To observe changes in myocardial blood flow and effect of endothelin and nitric oxide (ETs and NO) on myocardial blood flow after severe burn injury.Methods:Myocardial nutritio blood flow (NBF),ETs and NO levels as well as the ration of ETs/NO were measured prior to burn injury and 1,3,6,12,24 hours postburn in rats subjected to full thickness burn of 30% TBSA.Results:After severe burn injury NBF decreased markedly,and ETs and NO contents and ETs/NO ratio in myocardium increased significantly.Concomitantly,there was positive relationship between NBF and ETs/NO.Conclusions:The elevation of ETs and NO contents and ETs/NO ratio may play an important role in reducing myocardial blood flow after severe burn injury.
