摘要
为探索无创性测量肺动脉舒张压(PADP)的新途径,对51例肺动脉瓣返流(PR)患者进行了连续波多普勒超声(CWDE)和双心导管同步性研究。结果显示:CWDE测定的PADP和肺动脉瓣舒张期平均压差与心导管测定的PADP分别呈高度相关(r=0.935和0.947)。
To confirm the utility of continuous wave Doppler echocardiography (CWDE) in assessing the pulmonary artery diastolic pressure (PADP), 51 patients with pulmonary regurgitation(PR) underwent simultaneous CWDE and dual cardiac catheterization. There were high correlations (r=0.935 and 0.947) between PADP and mean diastolic pressure gradient by CWDE and PADP by catheter, respectively. These data demostrate that CWDE is a reliable, accurate technique for evaluating PADP in patient with PR.
