摘要
介绍了虚拟制造技术在田园管理机悬架上的应用。首先,论述了农业机械CAD在国内外的发展情况;其次,对田园管理机械的应用及特点做了分析。针对目前田园管理机悬架存在的问题进行了研究,利用大型的三维建模软件Pro/E建立了悬架的三维模型,采用Pro/E与Adams之间的接口程序mech/pro,将模型从Pro/E导入Adams,再进行动力学分析,模拟悬架在工作时各个部分的受力及运动状态,为进一步优化分析提供了依据。
This article mainly introduced the virtual manufacturetechnique be used on the suspension fork of fields manage machine. First , introduced the development situation of farm machinery CAD in the domestic and foreign; Next, the application and characteristic of fields manage machine be introduced. Aimed at the existence problem of the fields manage Machine to conduct the research, used large - scale three - dimensional model software Pro/E to establish the three - dimensional model of the suspension fork, used mech/pro which is interface routine between Pro/E and Adams to inducts the model from Pro/E to Adams, After that, carried on dynamics analysis, and to simulate the state of the suspension fork' s movement and be stressed when its working, be provided the basis for further optimized.
