摘要
温度是导致食品变质的主要因素之一,实时监测出口水产品和蔬菜产品等食品在移动运输过程中的温度变化是十分重要的。为此,应用GPRS技术设计了运输食品温度参数的无线数据传输系统,同时通过数据监测中心实现移动运输车内易腐败食品的实时温度监控,从而保证食品的品质和安全。测试结果表明,该系统传输数据实时、稳定且可靠。
As temperature is one of the main factors which affect food spoilage, it is of great significance to monitor the real - time temperature of food during transportation, such as export aquatic products, vegetables and so on.＂ This paper applies the GPRS technology to wireless data transmission system of food temperature and designs the data monitoring centre. With this method, the real- time temperature of food in mobile vehicle is achieved and monitored remotely, which will ensure the quality and safety of food. Test results show that data transmission of this system is real - time, stable and reliable.
