摘要
为实现优质杂交水稻的单粒精密穴盘播种,提出一种利用电磁振动供种、选种机构选出单粒种子、负压吸种和正压排种的新型吸排种原理。在对供种机构、选种机构、吸排种机构和整机气动控制系统进行设计的基础上,搭建播种试验平台。对不同水稻品种进行试验研究,整机播种单粒率高于85%,空穴率均低于6%,合格率大于90%,综合播种性能良好。
For sowing single high quality hybrid paddy rice seed, a new type of precision sowing scheme was put forward, which feed seeds by electro - vibrating method, select single seed by special seed selection mechanism, adsorb seed by vacuum pressure, and eject seed by positive pressure. Based on detail structural design of the seed feeding mechanism, the seed selection mechanism, the suction and ejection mechanism, and the pneumatic control system, a experimental platform was established. Experiment research of different types of seeds shows that , single - seed rate is higher than 85%, empty seed rate is less than 6%, and qualification rate is larger than 90%. It shows good comprehensive seeding performance can be gotten by the seeder.
