加工固体焦糖色素挤压机结构参数的确定

摘要 与传统工艺相比,挤压法生产固体焦糖色素具有生产连续、反应时间短、设备简单、成本低和无污染等优点。为此,对挤压法加工固体焦糖色素的挤压机结构参数进行了研究,针对焦糖色素挤压反应的特点,设计了加长型管状模头,研究了这种模头结构的直径、长度以及螺杆长径比对挤出的焦糖色素品质的影响规律,选择了合适的模头尺寸和螺杆长径比。结果表明:在实验条件下,采用20mm×800mm的加长型管状模头,螺杆长径比为1104/65=17时,挤出的焦糖色素色率最高。 Extrusion production of solid caramel compared with the traditional process, the advantages are the production has short reaction time, simple equipment, low cost, non -polluting, etc. This paper studies on the configuration parameters of the extruder during extruding caramel pigment. We design a long eannular die for extruding caramel pigment. Then we research the diameter and length of the long cannular die and the ratio of screw length to diameter(L/D) in extruding caramel pigment. Finally, we find the appropriate configuration parameters when extruding caramel pigment in the experiments : the appropriate dimensions of long cannular die is Ф20×800mm and the best L/D is 17.
