摘要
针对无辅助加热装置的太阳能干燥系统在操作与控制方面存在精度低、自动化程度不高以及人工劳动强度大的问题,设计了以PLC为控制核心的模糊控制器。该控制器采用模糊控制方法,来提高试验精度和可靠性,为进一步研究太阳能干燥提供依据。试验表明,采用模糊控制方法来实现太阳能干燥过程是可行的,控制器能及时调整系统的变化,实时性好。
Aiming at the existing problem of Solar drying system without accessorial heating units such as low control precision, lower automation level and high intensity of labor in operation and control, a fuzzy controller is designed with control core by PLC. The controller use fuzzy control method in order to improve the test accuracy and reliability. This paper provides the basis for the further study of Solar drying. The tests indicate that, the fuzzy control method is feasible to realize drying process, the controller can make timely adjustment of systematic change and has good real - time performance.
