走向文化生态取向的教师发展研究——来自人类发展文化本质理论的启示 被引量:17

摘要 罗高福的"人类发展文化本质理论"认为,文化作为人们社会生活的生态环境,在人类发展和学习中具有无所不在的作用。从该理论出发,重新审视教师的发展,就会看到,文化生态是影响教师发展的重要因素,教师发展是与文化进程相互建构的一种"参与中转变",因而应该将教师发展整合到文化和社会情境中来考察和分析,以更深入地理解文化和个体发展的内在关系,尤其是教师作为人的发展的文化本质。 According to Rogoff's theory on the cuhurat nature of human development, cultural,as an ecology environment of human life, is important in human development. As culture ecology is an important factor that affects teacher development, teacher development and cultural process become a mutual constitution,which is a transformation participation.We should inspect and analyse teacher development in a context of culture and social situation. From this perspective, we can get better understanding of the interrelationship of culture and individual development, and recognize the cultural nature of the development of teachers as individual humans.
