摘要
华南农业大学研制的整秆式甘蔗收割机的两种柔性夹持机构,其中链轮张紧式夹持输送机构存在功率消耗大、链条所需张紧力大等问题。试验表明,在夹持力达到要求的情况下,应将张紧力保持在450~550N比较合适。圆弧轨道夹持输送装置,链条采用轨道支撑、将原输送线路中直角部分改为圆弧过渡、减小输送线长度。通过对新装置进行相关参数确定和试验测量表明,新设计能够在很小的链条张紧力下稳定工作,并且消耗功率明显小于原装置。
Two types of flexible gripping organizations for the whole stalk sugarcane harvesters have been designed . The Sprocket - gripping transmission device have the defects of higher power consumption caused by the over tension of chain. Experimental results showed that the.chain tension should be at 450 -550 N on condition of the. grip force meet requirement. In the arc orbit griping and transportation device, orbit is used to hold the chain, and the rectangle transmission lines has been modified to arc form to reduce the length of transmission lines. Experimental results showed that the new device could work well while the chain tensile force and power consumption reduced significantly than the original device.
