气力式水稻单粒精密播种机选种机构的设计与试验

摘要 提出了一种新型气力式水稻单粒精密播种工作原理,对实现单粒选种的选种机构进行设计和试验研究。确定种子在选种杆顶端凹槽内侧卧填充有利于单粒选种,选种杆横截面为椭圆,长轴为11mm,短轴为7mm,顶端设计45°倒角。选种初始选种杆顶端与选种箱底部距离为6mm,选种杆顶端凹槽宽2.3mm,深1.5mm,选种杆顶起的次数为3次时,综合播种效果最好。 In this paper a new type of precision sowing scheme was put forward, and a special single - seed selection mechanism was designed and tested. For only choosing one seed on a selection bar, seeds should be filled in the grooves along width direction. Cross section shape of the seed - selection bar is ellipse, the major axis is 11 millimeter, the minor axis is 7 millimeter, and 45 bevel is chamfered on its top end. The distance between top end of the seed - selection bar and bottom of the seed - selection case'is 6 millimeter at the beginning of seed selection. The best comprehensive sowing effect can be gotten when the groove on the top end of the seed - selection bar is 2.3 millimeter width and 1.5 millimeter depth, and the seed -selection bar move three times in a sowing period.
