摘要
孵化技术在农业现代化进程中扮演着十分重要的角色,而温度是孵化设备最为重要的性能指标。为此,介绍了一款基于LabVIEW环境下的孵化机温度控制系统的设计。该技术利用LabVIEW驱动声卡实现温度数据的采集和控制信号输出;采用了经典的PID控制算法,使系统的温度控制精度大大提高。结果表明:系统界面友好、性能稳定,温度控制精度优于±0.3℃。
Hatch technology is playing an important role in modern agriculture. Temperature is a key parameter of hatcher. Design of an intelligent temperature controller based on LabVIEW is presented in this paper. Affiliated sound card of micro - computer is used to acquire the temperature data and output control signal. The classical PID algorithm is used to improve the temperature precision. Experimental result shows that the system runs steadily and it's interface is friendly. The precision of temperature superior to ± 0.3 ℃.
