摘要 从工厂化养猪的重要意义出发,结合我国实际情况和生产力发展水平对养猪场进行新概念设计。为此,基于传感器技术设计并制作了环卫养猪场模型。该模型主要采用了光电晶体管与接触传感器接收信号,将"感应"变换为电信号输入控制系统。用编程语言ROBOPRO编写模型的控制程序,使模型的投食喂料、粪便清理、猪舍恒温等机构实现了全自动化控制。本研究反映了现代畜牧业高度智能化的发展趋势,能够较好地满足环保型畜牧业的发展要求,为自动化养猪场的进一步理论研究提供了新的思路以及研究方向。 Basing on the meanings of industrial pigs raised, we design a new conception of animal - raised farm combines the reality and the productive forces level of our country. For this purpose, we designed and manufactured the environmental animal - raised model based on the sensor technology. This model used the phototransistor and contact sensor to receive signal, then change the induction to electrical signal and transfer it to the control system. The control programmer robopt, making the controlled of food - feeding, droppings - cleaning, piggery temperature - controlled and so on completely automatically. The research reflected the trend of animal husbandry, be able to satisfy the development of environmental protection for animal husbandry, and provide a new theory for the future research.
