摘要
建立了苹果渣回转干燥器干燥的数学模型,优化了干燥工艺参数和回转干燥器的尺寸。模型以年生产成本作为目标函数,对关键优化变量—回转干燥器转筒体积的求解采取微分法,提高了模型的精度。模型模拟结果与实验结果吻合,误差在10%以内,表明模型具有较好的优化模拟功能。
This study created a drying mathematical simulation and optimization model of rotary dryer, presented optimal parameters for drying process and dimension of rotary dryer. By taking annual production cost as objective function, the most key variable in the optimization of drying process, i. e. , the volume of rotary dryer, was determined with differentiation, which improved the model precision. The relative error between the simulated and experimental data was within 10%, indicating that the model was satisfactory in simulation and optimization of the rotary dryer.
