叶片式抛送装置试验台的研制与试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了深入了解农业纤维物料的抛送机理,进而降低抛送装置的功耗,增加抛送距离,研制了不同外径、宽度、叶片倾角以及转速的叶片式抛送装置试验台。同时,对各种设计参数下叶片式抛送装置的气流流场、所消耗的功耗以及抛送距离进行了试验研究,为确定叶片式抛送装置最佳工作参数提供了依据。 The test unit of an impeller - blower was developed to study the effect of rotational speed and diameter of the impeller, and the mounting angle of blade on conveying of chopped straw under laboratory conditions. The air velocity in the blowing pipe, the energy for conveyance of chopped material and the corresponding throw distance were measured and study, so as to provide the foundation for the optimization of the working parameters of impeller - blowers.
