边远山区农村信息化发展的思考

Ponder over Development of Rural Informatization in Remote Mountain Areas

农村信息化是增加农民收入,推进边远山区农村经济快速发展,缩小与发达地区差距的有效途径。为此,针对边远山区农村信息化建设现状,分析了边远山区特殊地理环境信息基础建设投资大、信息受体素质低、人才匮乏、贫困人口多、信息观念淡薄等问题,提出了边远山区农村信息化发展的对策建议。

The rural informationization is the effective ways to increase incomes of peasants, promote the rural economic growth in remote mountain areas and reduce the gap between the developed area and the developing area.
