翼状胬肉手术方式进展的研究 被引量:3

摘要 翼状胬肉是跟科结膜变性疾患中的常见病和多发病,它是在睑裂部出现肥厚的球结膜及结膜下组织向角膜呈三角形侵入,形似翼状而得名,以鼻侧睑裂部多见。其发病机制仍不明确,主要有免疫学说、成纤维转化和结膜移行学说、角膜缘干细胞功能障碍学说等。翼状胬肉多见于中年以上的人群,常见于户外工作者。翼状胬肉是结膜常见病中最复杂、最难治疗的疾病,单纯药物治疗效果不佳,临床治疗以手术为主,但是术后复发率较高。对小而静止期的翼状胬肉,勿需治疗。胬肉进行性增大侵及瞳孔域使视力受损时应手术治疗。目前翼状胬肉的治疗主要是探求好的手术方式以降低胬肉术后的复发率。本文查阅了一些相关文献,对翼状胬肉的手术方式进行了比较和回顾,现报告如下。
