摘要
通过对旅客的行为与心理分析,提出铁路客运站房应注重人性化设计,帮助旅客建立对环境的认知感、参与感与交往感,指出铁路客运站的人性化设计就是要通过丰富贴心的设计,使人们获得美好的体验和有益的启发。
Through analysis of the behavior and mentality of passengers, it pointed that the railway passenger station house should pay more attention on humanism design and help passengers build cognition, participation and communication sense on environment. It pointed that railway station humanism design was to make people obtain more beautiful experience and favorable illumination by abundant intimate design.
