摘要
结合工程实例,分析了混凝土表面气泡产生的原因,并对其产生机理从材料、工艺和施工条件方面进行了分析,进而对混凝土材料的优选、配比的优化及振捣工艺等提出了一些减少气泡的有效措施。
Combining the examples in constructions, the paper analyzes the causes for the bubbles on the concrete structural surface, illustrates the mechanism from materials, craft and construction conditions, and points out some effective measures to reduce bubbles, such as the selec tion of the concrete materials, the optimized proportion'and vibration craft.
