摘要
用普通陶瓷工艺制备了3BaO·2CoO·xSm2O3·(10.8–x)Fe2O3六方铁氧体,研究了Sm2O3掺杂量对Co2Z六方铁氧体在特高频段(0.3~3.0GHz)下的复磁导率频谱特性的影响。结果表明:Sm3+掺杂量x达到0.025时,材料在特高频段的磁性能得到改善,μi为16,截止频率为1.67GHz。
The 3BaO·2CoO·xSm2O3·(10.8-x)Fe2O3 hexaferrites were prepared by conventional ceramic technique. Effects of Sm2O3 doped amounts on the complex permeability frequency characteristics of Co2Z hexaferrite in ultrahigh frequency region (0.3 - 3.0) GHz region were studied. The results show that when the Sm^3+-doped amount x is 0.025, the magnetic properties of this materials are improved in ultra-high frequency region, the initial permeability is 16, and cutoff frequency is 1.67 GHz.
