数字化纸质病案管理的实现

电子病案以其书写便利、信息共享程度高、管理方便在我院普及应用。电子病案的管理方式对纸质病案管理提出了新的要求。为了有机结合电子病案的管理,只有将纸质病案数字化和电子病案管理融为一体,才能真正提高病案的管理效率和管理水平。本文从纸质病案的数字化和对电子病案管理系统的研究两个方面入手,实现了纸质病案与电子病案管理的无缝衔接。

The electronic medical record is applied all over our hospital with its characters of easy writing, highly sharing information and managing. The management of Electronic medical record puts forward new requirements to the management of the papery medical records. In order to combine the management of electronic medical records with the papery ones, we should integrate the digitized papery and electronic medical records, which can improve the efficiency and quality of the management. This article discusses the seamless connection between the digitized papery and electronic medical records.
