采用二阶导数光谱法测定复方地塞米松霜中氯霉素的含量，以３１０±１ｎｍ处为测定波长。该方法简便、快速，结果满意。平均回收率为１００．３９％，ＲＳＤ为３．４７％。

Second derivative spectrometry was used for the determination of chloramphenicol in compound dexamethasone cream.The average recovery was 100.4%.The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 3.5%.
